EB-5 INVESTOR VISA
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program enables you and your family to qualify for a U.S. Green Card without having to set up and manage a business. By investing $900,000 through a ‘Regional Center’ into a qualifying investment, you have the security of permanent U.S. Residency (U.S. Green Card) without repeated visa applications.
As a U.S. Green Card holder, investors and their dependents have the right to live, work and study anywhere in the United States. All applicants (including children) have full access to the U.S. educational system, as U.S. residents. After 5 years of entering the U.S., it is possible to apply for U.S. Citizenship.
Residency Invest assists investors and their family through the entire application process, from helping identify a qualifying EB-5 project, to assisting with the document preparation, and finally ensuring all the families relocation needs are met. Although most investors tend to apply through the Regional Center EB-5 programme, we can still assist investors who wish to invest directly into their own business, either through EB-5 or through the E-2 Visa route.
