UAE Investor Visa
Now is the perfect time to invest into the UAE’s thriving economy. Dubai, a major trading hub in the UAE, has attracted many high net worth business and real estate investors over the last few years. If you meet the governement’s eligibility criteria, you may be able to get residency through the UAE investor visa program. There are currently two ways of achieving residency in UAE as an investor.
If you are currently based in the UK and would like to relocate to Dubai, either by investing into a company in UAE or by purchasing real estate, then please get in contact with us to see how we can assist.
1) Investing in a UAE company
A 3 year investor visa can be acquired by starting your own UAE company, or investing into an existing one within a free trade zone, or ‘free-zone.’ This visa gives the investor the right to live and work within the UAE for the duration of the visa, providing they meet government requirements. Every free-zone has different requirements and set up costs.
2) Investing in Real Estate
To obtain a UAE investor residency visa through this route, the investor must purchase property totaling atleast AED 1,000,000 (approx £165,000 / $270,000). The investor must also prove that their income is atleast AED 10,000 per month. Through this option, the investor is not permitted to work in the UAE, and the visa lasts a total of 3 years.
Benefits of investing in the UAE
