News 22 June: US District Court for the Northern District of California. Behring wins action against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reversing the November 2019 legislation back to $500,000 (From $900,000).
Much effort was expended behind the scenes into making that increase, so it’s highly likely the US government will correct the mistakes made and re-instate the increase should the EB-5 program, which expires this June 30, be re-authorised.
Meanwhile, we have until June the 30th to file an EB-5 application at this reduced investment of $500,000. Since the announcement a few hours ago, Residency Invest has put tools in place to make a late filing possible.
