USCIS EB-5 Approvals Update Link

EB-5 Approvals have begun to flow
The accumulated delays caused by Covid 19 resulting in USCIS staff furloughs and a loss of EB-5 processing and adjudication staff, together with the 9 months of waiting for the EB-5 program reauthorisation, followed then by regulation changes and clarifications, may have amounted to around 20 months. The good news is such delays seem now to be behind us with EB-5 approvals returning.
For new EB-5 applicants, there is also good news: USCIS is openly claiming they are gearing up to meet their target of EB-5 application approvals in 6 months.
